This solicitation is for the procurement and delivery of woodworking tools and ancillary equipment to support the Roanoke VA Regional Office (VARO) Veterans Readiness and Employment (VRE) Program. The acquisition is being conducted as a total small business set-aside.

• Procurement and delivery of specific woodworking tools and ancillary equipment, including a sawmill, miter saw, drill press, drum sander, table saw, planer, band saw, belt and disk sander, jointer, HEPA air filter system, laptop computer, and printer.

• Equipment must meet or exceed specified "Brand Name or Equal" minimum item specifications.

• Delivery to a Veteran Home Residence in Steeles Tavern, VA 24476-2145.

• Vendor is responsible for unloading materials; a loading dock will not be available, and the residence cannot support a tractor-trailer.

• Period of Performance: Base POP Begin: 04-17-2026, POP End: 06-16-2026.

• Delivery: All items must be delivered within 60 calendar days of contract award.

• Quotes must be submitted in three volumes: Technical (10 pages max), Price (no page limit), and Solicitation Documents (no page limit).

• Technical evaluation is based on specifications and delivery timelines. Price is evaluated for fairness and reasonableness.

• Technical and Price are equally important evaluation factors.

• SDVOSBs and VOSBs may receive preferential evaluation pricing.

• This acquisition is a total small business set-aside.

• Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov.

• Specific evaluation credit is given to certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) and Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSBs).
