Amendment 002

Amendment 001
This Amendment corrects the Description in the RFQ by listing the correct quantity as thirty-seven (37) as stated in “Attachment 1 – RFQ47QMCA26Q0002_SF18-95A” and not the quantity of 34 listed in the original Description.
Additionally, this Amendment also corrects “Attachment 1 – RFQ47QMCA26Q0002_SF18-95A” as follows:
- The RFQ closing date in Block 10 of the SF18 is extended by 14 calendar days from 12/17/2025 at 1 PM EST to 12/31/2025 at 1 PM EST.
- The removal of the erroneous language “Same trailer we procured in the previous procurements” listed after the evaluation criteria “Past Performance.”
- Extending the period to submit questions concerning the RFQ by 10 days from December 12, 2025, at 12 PM EST to December 22, 2025, at 12 PM EST.
Original RFQ Description:
This is an assisted acquisition with GSA as the Servicing Agency on behalf of the Requesting Agency, Department of Navy. This request for quote (RFQ) is for thirty-seven (34) each 34-ton break-bulk Trailer as noted in “Attachment 2 - PD FY25 Stake Breakbulk Trlr. 7 AUG 2025 FINAL”. Please see the attached document "Attachment 1 - RFQ47QMCA26Q0002_SF18-95a” for instructions on how to submit a quote.** Submit quotes via email to Ed Hodges at john.hodges@gsa.gov with “RFQ47QMCA26Q0002 – 34-Ton Break-Bulk Trailers” listed in the subject line of the email.
