Statement of Work (SOW)

To install, program, integrate, and test a complete Bench Stock Management System for the 355th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron at Nellis AFB, NV.

• Provide all labor, transportation, materials, and equipment for the system.

• System must provide real-time inventory tracking, automated low-stock alerts, kitting, and user access controls.

• Integrate with the Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS) for automated reordering.

• Provide and integrate scales for automated tracking of small parts by weight.

• Allow users to group individual parts into kits.

• Enable administrators to define roles and permissions for user access.

• Provide automated notifications for low stock levels.

• Train designated personnel on system operation.

• System must be demonstrated to meet all requirements outlined in the PWS to the satisfaction of the government.

• Adherence to Air Force and Nellis AFB regulations for security, safety, fire, traffic, and personnel clearances.
