To procure and deliver a complete work center solution for the 55th Rescue Generation Squadron's Mobility Section at Davis-Monthan AFB, replacing aging equipment and creating a standardized, efficient workspace to support global deployment requirements.

• Provide, deliver, and ensure compatibility of all specified items to create a functional work center.

• Procure all materials, deliver, and assemble workstation components on-site.

• Key deliverables include:

  • 2x Workstation Assemblies (220" W x 30" D x 33.15" H) with integrated backboards, lighting, and lockable cabinets.
  • 4x Under Workstation Storage Cabinets with Shelving (45" W x 30" D x 33.15" H).
  • 2x Under Workstation Storage Cabinets with Drawers (45" W x 30" D x 33.15" H).
  • 2x Main Workstation Cabinets Short (108" W x 30" D x 33.15" H).
  • 1x Main Workstation Cabinet Long (120" W x 30" D x 33.15" H).
  • 2x Tall Offset Area Storage Cabinets (45" W x 27.75" D x 59.13" H or 78" H preferred).
  • 1x Short Offset Area Storage Cabinet (60" W x 27.75" D x 59.13" H).
  • 1x Mobile Cart (36" W x 10' L) with solid wood top and lower shelf.
  • 1x Mezzanine Workstation (72" W x 30" D x 34.90" H).

• All items must be new, unused, and free from damage.

• Must conform to specified quantities, dimensions, and functional specifications.

• Must meet layout and spatial fitment requirements within a 27' x 23' 2" space under a mezzanine, maintaining clear walkways and an unobstructed entrance.

• Delivery to Building 1446, 55th Rescue Generation Squadron, Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ.

• "Or Equal" items require technical documentation proving they meet or exceed specified characteristics.

• Contractor is responsible for all transportation, shipping, and debris removal.

• Vendor must coordinate with the government for layout confirmation prior to procurement/construction.

• Lockable mechanisms are required for cabinets.

  • Mobile Cart: Must have a solid wood top for durability and prevent damage to sensitive equipment.
  • Materials: All structural pieces must be metal, except for tabletops. No plastic housing is acceptable. Metal surfaces should be painted green to prevent corrosion.
  • Finish: Wood tabletops must be clear coated. Metal surfaces should be painted green.
