Scope of Work
The requirement is to procure, deliver, and assemble a complete, functional work center solution. The contractor will be responsible for procuring all materials, delivering them, and providing a team to assemble the workstations on-site, including disposal of all packaging. Key items include:
- 2x Complete Workstation Assemblies (220" W) with integrated backboards, lighting, and lockable cabinets.
- Under Workstation Cabinets (4 with shelving, 2 with drawers).
- Main Workstation Cabinets (2x 108" W, 1x 120" W).
- Offset Area Storage Cabinets (2x Tall, 1x Short).
- 1x Mobile Cart (36" x 10') with a solid wood top, capable of 1200 lbs capacity.
- 1x Mezzanine Workstation. All items must be new, unused, and conform to specified dimensions and functional requirements, fitting within a 27' x 23' 2" space while maintaining clear walkways. Structural pieces must be metal (except tabletops), painted green to prevent corrosion, and wood tabletops must be clear-coated.
