This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). The government is procuring Transition Training Panels, including trimming and curing services. The acquisition is set aside 100% for Small Business Concerns.

• The anticipated contract type is a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract.

• Delivery is required within 60 days of award.

• Questions due: March 5, 2026.

• Quotes due: March 10, 2026, no later than 1400 CST.

• Quotes must be submitted via email to the points of contact listed.

• Quotes must be valid for 90 days.

• Evaluation criteria include: Technical Capability, Price, Delivery Terms, and Past Performance.

  • Bonding Agent: Film adhesive equivalent to BMS5-154 TY2 CL1 GR5.
• Construction Notes:
  • Transition area is required only on two edges of the panel.
  • Internal, external skins, and shims are to be bonded with the specified film adhesive.
