Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all necessary tools, equipment, materials, transportation, personnel, labor, supervision, and management to deliver commercial Wi-Fi services. This includes unlimited data wireless internet access 24/7 with a minimum sustained bandwidth of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, ensuring full coverage within Building 1623. The contractor is responsible for procuring, integrating, delivering, installing, testing, and maintaining all required equipment. On-site issue resolution is required between 0800-1630, 7 days a week, with an after-hours technical assistance POC.

- Infrastructure: Poles or antennas may NOT be installed on buildings for internet equipment. Air Fiber technology is NOT acceptable. The customer WILL provide last mile fiber.
- User Capacity: Approximately 34,500 clients per year, with 0-250 simultaneous connections.
- Security: Contractor personnel require AAFB access, necessitating VAR forms (7 duty/business days prior, 14 for foreign nationals), compliance with base traffic regulations, and are subject to random searches. Possession of weapons/firearms is prohibited.

Evaluation
Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal is determined to be the Best Value to the Government, considering technical acceptability (based on the Statement of Work) and price. Quotes must be valid for 90 days.
