Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products, issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). The 82d Contracting Squadron at Sheppard AFB, TX is seeking to procure 75" Interactive Touchscreens Displays for the 362 TRS. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

• The primary deliverable is 75" Interactive Touchscreens Displays.

• Minimum salient characteristics are detailed in Attachment 1 - Specifications Sheet.

• This is a brand name or equal solicitation.

• The anticipated contract type is a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.

• Questions Deadline: April 15, 2026.

• Quote Submission Deadline: April 20, 2026, no later than 1400 CTS.

• Quotes must be submitted via email to the Points of Contact (POCs) and Contracting Officer.

• Quotes must be valid for 90 days.

• Evaluation Criteria: The Government intends to award a contract to the responsible vendor whose quote represents the best value, considering the following factors (in no particular order of importance):

  • Technical capability to meet the Government's requirement

  • Past performance
