Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products, specifically various types of furniture, prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.2. This announcement serves as the only solicitation, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The acquisition is a Request For Quotation (RFQ) and is set aside 100% for Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 337214, with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,100.

The U.S. Air Force requires the following furniture items (brand name or equal):

• Dry Erase Bar Height Table (1 quantity): 36"x36" square, pneumatic height-adjustment (30"-40.5"), flip-top, nests for storage, 4 casters, black frame.

• Dry Erase Flip Top Height Adjustable Table (1 quantity): Rectangle 72"W x 24"D, adjustable height (28.5"-45"), black frame, lever mechanism for nesting, 4 casters, cable troughs.

• 44" Height Adjustable Foot Pedal Rolling Desk with Shelf (1 quantity): Includes 3 ft 8 in shelf, pneumatic laptop standing desk cart, mobile cart, black computer projector cart with brake.

• Rolling Monitor Stands (3 quantities): Height adjustable w/ hand crank, mobile mount, two height-adjustable shelves, cable management, lockable wheels.

• Adjustable Rolling Workshop Table with Drawer (1 quantity): 200lb capacity, red finish, mobile workstation, tray dimensions 21"x29" with 1" lip, adjustable height (33"-48").

• Place of Delivery/Performance/Acceptance/FOB Point: F.O.B. Destination; Bldg. AS214, 1st Floor, 214 Bancroft ST., MCAS New River, NC 28545. No installation is required.

• Questions Deadline: 15 April 2026.

• Quote Submission: Via email to the POCs and Contracting Officer listed.

• Quote Validity: Must be valid for 90 days.

• Evaluation Factors: Technical Capability, Price, Delivery Terms, and Past Performance. The Government intends to award to the responsible vendor whose quote represents the best value.

• This acquisition is set aside 100% for Small Business Concerns.

• The solicitation incorporates FAR, DFARS, and AF Contracting Compass provisions and clauses.

• Attachment 1 includes Provisions and Clauses.

• Offerors must complete contractor identification information, including SAM registration status and small business status.
