• This is a Brand Name or Equal requirement. Refer to Attachment 2 - Spec Sheet for minimum salient characteristics.

• Place of Delivery/Performance/Acceptance/FOB Point: Sheppard AFB, TX 76311.

• The exact customer address will be provided in the resulting contract.

• Response Deadline: Friday, 08 May 2026, no later than 1100 CST.

• Questions Deadline: 06 May 2026, no later than 1400 CST.

• Quotes must be submitted via email to the Points of Contact (POCs) and Contracting Officer.

• Quotes must be valid for 120 days.

• Evaluation Criteria: The Government intends to award a contract to the responsible vendor whose quote represents the best value, considering the following factors (in no particular order of importance): Technical Capability to Meet Government's Requirement, Price, Delivery Terms, and Past Performance.

• This acquisition is set aside 100% for Small Business Concerns.
