This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.2. It constitutes the only solicitation, and offers are being requested. This is an RFQ for electrical climbing equipment for the 366 TRS.

• Forty (40) aluminum climbers with bottom straps (Bashlin BA-BD14X-1N or Brand Name or Equal)

• Forty (40) padded hook & loop climber pads (Bashlin BA-145FCV or Brand Name or Equal), compatible with utility pole climbers.

• Forty (40) magnetic heavy-duty gaff guards (Buckingham BK-6909M2 or Brand Name or Equal), compatible with 1 5/8" regular gaffs.

• The acquisition is set aside 100% for Small Business Concerns.

• NAICS Code: 335999

• Small Business Size Standard: 600 employees

• Delivery/Acceptance/FOB Point: F.O.B. Destination, 727 Missile Rd, Building 1927, East Wing Rm 32, Sheppard AFB, TX 76311

• Questions Deadline: Wednesday, 04 May 2026, no later than 1400 (CST).

• Quote Submission Deadline: Wednesday, 06 May 2026, no later than 1400 (CTS).

• Quotes must be submitted via email to the POCs and Contracting Officer.

• Quotes must be valid for 90 days.

• Evaluation Factors (in no particular order): Technical Capability, Price, Delivery Terms, Past Performance.

• 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
