• Disposal: Construction debris must be disposed of daily in Contractor-supplied containers, not in VHSO dumpsters. Disposal must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Hazardous waste documentation is required.

• Records Management: Contractor must comply with all applicable records management laws and regulations, including NARA policies and the Privacy Act. All data created for Government use is considered a Federal record. Unauthorized destruction or disclosure of records is prohibited and subject to penalties. Contractor must notify the CO of any inadvertent disclosures. All deliverables are property of the U.S. Government. Contractor employees must complete records management training.

• Certification and Accreditation (C&A): Not required for this project.

• Warranty: One (1) year workmanship warranty after COR acceptance, plus a minimum one (1) year parts and labor warranty on equipment, components, and materials, plus manufacturer's warranty.
