This document, "VA NOTICE OF LIMITATIONS ON SUBCONTRACTING—CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE FOR SUPPLIES AND PRODUCTS (JAN 2023) (DEVIATION)", is a mandatory certification form for offerors. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and services, issued as an RFQ. It constitutes the only solicitation; prior quotes are not considered. The Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21) is seeking to purchase the PureSteel™ Ergonomic WorkStation, brand name or equal, along with associated accessories.

• PureSteel™ Ergonomic WorkStation (QTY 1): 50"L x 24"W, made of 304 Gauge Stainless Steel with a 2.5" thick tabletop. Features electro-mechanical height adjustability, built-in GFCI protected electrical box with 8 outlets, and a 3-year warranty on the lifter component and 36 months on manufacturing faults.

• PureSteel™ Table Pegboards (QTY 1): 50"L x 24"H, attached to the table.

• PureSteel™ Hughes Seal & Stow Heat Sealer Shelf (QTY 1): 21.5"D x 16"W, collapsible.

• PureSteel™ Suspended Shelf (QTY 1): Height-adjustable, mounted underneath tables.

• PureSteel™ Tabletop Ruler (QTY 1): Etched into the table surface, up to 36"L.

• PureSteel™ Prep and Pack Organization Rail (QTY 1): 26"L, with built-in light.

• Shelf with Built-in Lighting (QTY 1): 24"x12", with LED light bar.

• PureSteel™ Peel Pouch Rack (QTY 1): 5 slots, 8.7"x4"x4".

• Ergotron® Wall Mounted Keyboard and Monitor Arm System (QTY 1): For tight areas.

• Installation/Implementation: Contractor to assist with removal from pallet, placement, and oversee installation of electrical and organization accessories. Factory assembly of back walls, pegboards, accessories, and electrical wiring is included.

• Delivery required no later than 12 weeks after receipt of order.

• FOB Destination.

• Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer (System For Award Management).

• One invoice after delivery and completion of all line items.

• Award will be based solely on price.
