Notice of Intent (NOI)

This document is a Notice of Intent (NOI) from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) to award a sole source, firm-fixed priced contract to Caterpillar Inc. for a Compact Track Loader with Forestry attachments (CAT 275XE). This action is for commercial services under NAICS code 333120 and will utilize Simplified Acquisition procedures under FAR 13.501(a)(b).

Caterpillar (CAT 275XE) is specified due to its preferred hydraulic cooler, operator controls, and existing manufacturer support.
