- Delivery: FOB Destination, Monday-Friday, 0800-1530 Mountain Time (excluding Federal Holidays).
- Installation: Offloading, setup per manufacturer specifications, and operational testing.
- Training: One hands-on session for up to 4 VA staff, plus additional training documents.
