Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide a full meal support system for cadets and cadre participating in the Army Junior Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) at Camp Dodge, Iowa.

• Provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision for meal preparation, serving, and cleanup.

• Serve approximately 85 cadets and 30 cadre.

• Set up and maintain two serving lines for breakfast and dinner.

• Provide box or bag lunches on May 30, 2026.

• Coordinate menus with the Government POC during a resource working group on May 11, 2025.

• Contractor must ensure food is ready for serving at prescribed times.

• Contractor must set up all equipment 30 minutes prior to serving time.

• Performance threshold for timely food preparation is rated no less than 95% of prescribed timelines.

• Contractor must maintain a professional demeanor and wear clean clothing.
