Submission & Evaluation
This acquisition is a commercial acquisition using FAR Part 12. Offerors must submit quotes via email to the Contract Specialist prior to April 30, 2026, at 10:00 AM Local Time. Electronic submissions via facsimile will not be accepted. Award will be made to the lowest priced, responsive, responsible offeror, with the low offer analyzed for fair and reasonable pricing. Quotes must remain valid for 60 days. Offerors are encouraged to present their best prices in their initial submission, as the government intends to award without discussions. Offerors must possess a valid UEI number and be registered in SAM. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted in writing by April 27, 2026, 10:00 AM ET.
