Scope of Work

This solicitation requires one (1) handheld 3D Mapping Laser Scanner with specific technical capabilities, including mobile and wireless operation, indoor/outdoor functionality, a minimum capture rate of 400,000 points per second, and outdoor scanning up to 80 feet. Accuracy must be within 1/16" for a 120 SF room in 30 seconds and maintain dimensions within +/- 10 mm. The scanner must feature a 12-megapixel camera, 90x120-degree coverage, 360-degree horizontal scans, and at least 270-degree vertical scans. Panoramic scans require 4.8-megapixel resolution and 300x135-degree coverage with a global shutter. Deliverables also include three rechargeable batteries (30-minute scan life each) with a bulk charger, and VA TRM v26.1 approved software compatible with Revit and AutoCAD. The software must convert point clouds to usable formats for space planning and documentation, with a perpetual, non-concurrent network license. Internal data storage must support a minimum of 24 hours of scanning. Training for Facilities Management staff on usage and maintenance is required within five business days of delivery, including travel expenses.

Contract Details
