Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

• Vendor must adhere to BNL work planning and control requirements and complete all required training.

• Installation is to be completed onsite, ideally within the same day, unless otherwise approved.

• Vendor must provide their own tools, equipment, and necessary supplies.

• Vendor must provide their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) based on equipment and installation requirements, and comply with any additional BNL identified PPE requirements.

• Installation must be inspected and approved by the BNL Technical Representative before completion.

• Installation to occur in lab space 3LL07.

• No after-hours or weekend work is authorized unless approved by the BNL Technical Representative.

• Authorized Technical Representatives will be identified in advance.
