Sole Source Justification

This document is a Sole Source (Including Brand Name) Justification for Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. It details the need for a five (5) year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to procure 3M 401+ masking tape for the 76 Aircraft Maintenance Group (AMXG) and 569 Maintenance Support Group (AMXS) at Tinker Air Force Base.
