Submission & Eligibility
All responsible sources may submit a proposal sufficient to determine capability. Non-OEM sources interested in any of the NSNs must notify the acquisition specialist, James Inman (james.inman@dla.mil), prior to the solicitation's closing date. Submissions from non-OEMs should identify items of interest, provide evidence of the ability to supply the items for the contract period, quantity available, and price. A copy of the letter of interest must also be forwarded to the SBA PCR (tammy.birdsong@sba.gov). The Government may alter its acquisition strategy if purchasing existing surplus or newly manufactured inventory is in its best interest. Respondents must be registered in SAM.gov, ORCA, and possess a valid DUNS number, CAGE Code, and Tax Identification Number.
