Submission & Evaluation
Offers must be received by March 11, 2026, at 2:00 PM Central Standard Time. The only method of receipt is Email to jmferguson@bop.gov. Quotes received after the deadline or to another email will not be considered. Bidders must be registered in SAM.gov and have completed the annual Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). The government reserves the right to award item by item, in groups, or in aggregate. Evaluation factors are past performance and price, with past performance rated higher than price. Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose offer is most advantageous to the Government.
