• The small business size standard is 1-500 employees.

• All responsible small businesses may submit a quote.

• Offerors are advised to include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3 if their Representations & Certifications are not current in SAM.gov.

• The government reserves the right to award item by item, in groups of items, or in aggregate.

• Procurement of QUARTERLY bread.

• Deliveries to Federal Correctional Institution, Beckley, 1600 Industrial Park Rd, Beckley, WV 25813.

• Contract type: Firm fixed price.

• Period of Performance: Delivery dates will begin April 01, 2026, through June 30, 2026.

Must be delivered within 48 hours after baking. (Refer to CID A-A-20052C, Type I, Style 8, Type 11, Type 111, or Type IV, Style B, Product State 1, Loaf Size a-e-f, Bake Type i I, Shape a) orb), Slice Type~ (1), Enrichment Type A- (a), Seed Type -2- (ii), Agricultural practice (i)).

• The contract is for commercial products and services.

• The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 311999 with a size standard of 11.

• Delivery is FOB Destination.

• This is an RFQ, and offers are due by 03/23/2026 at 09:00 ET.

• Offerors must complete blocks 12, 17, 23, 24, and 30.
