• Faxed quotations and photocopies will not be accepted.

• Questions regarding the RFQ must be submitted in writing via email to dtydlacka@bop.gov and cvalderas@bop.gov.

• Evaluation will be based on the submitted quotes and may include a request for a product sample.

• All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and include their Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number in their quotes. Failure to comply may result in elimination from consideration.

• The solicitation includes FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms - Commercial Items.

• Bidders are cautioned against discussing quote preparation or technical questions with Government technical personnel; all communication must be directed to the Contracting Officer in writing.

• Failure to deliver awarded products may result in being determined a non-responsible contractor and removal from the bidder's list.
