Scope of Work
The contractor will provide a comprehensive list of Kosher meat and subsistence products, including various meat meals, dairy, produce, and dry goods, as detailed in the solicitation. All products must meet BOP National Specifications. Deliveries are required on a weekly basis, Monday through Friday, between 7:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. CST, excluding federal holidays. Non-frozen perishable foods must be delivered between 34°F to 40°F, and frozen foods at 0°F or below. All certified religious diet items must be marked with the Kosher symbol. No substitutions will be accepted.
Contract Details
- Type: Firm-Fixed Price
- Period of Performance: Primarily for the 3rd Quarter of FY26, with deliveries beginning April 1, 2026, and continuing through June 30, 2026.
- Delivery: FOB Destination to 11070 Hwy 14, Attn: Food Services Warehouse, Aliceville, Alabama 35442. Deliveries must be palletized unless otherwise arranged.
- Award: The Government intends to make one award for all line items, though it reserves the right to make single or multiple awards. An award is "fill or kill" for items not delivered by Tuesday, April 21, 2026.
- Payment: All items will be paid via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT); no purchase cards will be accepted.
