Purpose

Scope of Work
The requirement is for trained personnel and equipment to safely lift and move a satellite and telescope. Key tasks include:
- Removing skylights and/or roof sections from the structure.
- Using specialized lifting equipment (e.g., spreader, lifting apparatus) to prepare, support, disconnect, and lift the satellite and telescope.
- Placing the satellite on dunnage and then onto its cradle on the first floor.
- Disconnecting the telescope from its base and placing it on the first floor.
- All work must be performed safely and without damage to equipment or facilities. Riggers and crane operators must be experienced and licensed, adhering to industry standards.

Submission Requirements
Interested small businesses should submit a Capability Statement (no more than 10 pages) via email. The statement must include:

- Corporate Experience: At least one, up to three, relevant citations demonstrating experience with similar rigging and lifting services. Special Notes
Contractor personnel may require a Common Access Card (CAC) and background investigation (NACLC or T3 equivalent minimum) for facility access. Personnel must be U.S. Citizens and complete mandatory OPSEC and counter-intelligence training. Services are non-personal, with contractor management supervising personnel.
