This solicitation is for the procurement of four (4) 40' High Cube, Double Door, Dry Storage Containers for the BLM National Seed Program in Ely, Nevada. The government is seeking to procure these containers to meet their storage needs.

• Four (4) 40' High Cube, Double Door, Dry Storage Containers.

• Containers must be water-tight and wind-tight, with floors in very good condition.

• Doors must be functional (easy opening and closing).

• Manufacturer Country of Origin must be identified.

• Bidders must identify container quality as Brand New (never used), "One-time use", or Used.

• For used containers, they must be in very good condition.

• Photographs are required with the bid for any used containers offered.

• Color preference is for the color shown in the bid schedule picture, but other colors may be accepted.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price.

• Period of Performance: May 18, 2026, to June 12, 2026.

• Delivery Window: May 18, 2026, through June 12, 2026.

• Delivery is F.O.B. destination.

• Bids will be evaluated based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).

• Evaluation factors include: Delivery within the requested delivery schedule and Price.

• The government prefers "One-time use" containers over Used or Brand New.

• Bidders must be registered and have an active account in the System for Award Management (SAM).

• Required submission documents include: signed SF1449 form, bid schedule, past performance references (3 required), and any required photographs.

• Bid submission is via email to dbarker@ios.doi.gov.

• Offer Due Date: April 6, 2026, 11:00 AM MDT.

• This acquisition is set aside 100.00% for Small Business.

• NAICS Code: 332439, Size Standard: 600.

• Delivery of containers to begin no earlier than May 18, 2026, with final delivery no later than June 12, 2026.

• Deliveries will be accepted during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM.

• Deliveries must be scheduled 48 hours prior to delivery.

• Contractor is responsible for off-loading and placement of containers; a roll-off truck/trailer or forklift will be necessary.

• Payment will be made via the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Internet Payment Platform (IPP).
