- Scenario One: Approximately 40-day charter, with redelivery to Subic Bay, Philippines, or Busan, Korea.
- Scenario Two: Approximately 60-day charter, with redelivery to Melbourne, Australia. Laydays are set for June 30, 2026. A cargo list is available upon request.

Submission Requirements
Interested parties must submit the following via email:
- Vessel name and complete description, indicating which scenarios can be met.
- Daily charter hire rate and any delivery/redelivery bonuses.
- Fuel consumption rates (underway and inport working).
- Militarily useful square feet of vessel deck space (RO/RO vessels with deck height exceeding 7'5" clearance).
- Number of supercargo the vessel can accommodate.
- Business size, indicating if a small business concern.
- Large businesses should detail possible sub-contracting opportunities.
- Any other pertinent questions or comments.
