Submission & Eligibility

- Firm’s name, SAM.gov UEI, address, Point of Contact, phone, and email.
- Statement of intent to propose.
- Verification of SDVOSB status via SBA certification.
- Evidence of ability to self-perform at least 50% of the work (FAR 52.219-14).
- Proof of professional liability insurance for projects between $25,000 and $100,000. Failure to submit all five components may result in the firm not being considered interested.
