- Custom Fitting: Conduct individual, in-person sizing and fitting sessions for 67 Government personnel.
- Technical Modification: Procure and modify 80 specialized 3M PELTOR headset systems (CH-5 and ComTac VIII) by installing 3M Peltor PTT FL5063 adapters for integration with Motorola DP4xxx series tactical radios.
- Logo Application: Affix weatherproof Army Transportation Corps (ARTRANS) logos to procured outerwear.
