SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR NSN 4130-01-425-5357
Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, the Defense Logistics Agency is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research to identify an interest in and the resources to support requirements for NSN 4130-01-425-5357 “Filter-Drier, Refrigerant”.
There are four approved sources for this NSN:

Lynn Electronics LLC (19151) P/N: E131014000
The Boeing Company (48T42) P/N: E131014000
The Boeing Company (8V613) P/N: 7-511A21514-1
DLA Troop Support is researching the possibility of issuing a solicitation for a one-time, large buy for a quantity of 70 EA with a 100% Quantity Option. FAR 52.217-6 “Option for Increased Quantity” and FAR 17.2 “Options” will apply.
This Sources Sought Notice is issued for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation nor is this notice a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a Request for Proposal (RFP). This notice should not be construed as a commitment by DLA Troop Support for any purpose. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any cost incurred. The Government will NOT pay for any information submitted by respondents in response to this Sources Sought Notice.
If a solicitation is issued, it will be synopsized on the System for Award Management (SAM) website and it will be the Offeror’s responsibility to monitor the SAM website for any such notices.
