Scope of Work

This includes new electrical power and control circuits, and a new 100-amp, 480V, 3-phase, 12-circuit panelboard.
- Refrigerated Container (Cooler) Installation: Installing a new 40-foot refrigerated shipping container (cooler unit) with a roll-up door and a backup refrigeration system. The cooler must operate between -40 to 86 degrees Fahrenheit, with a normal operating temperature of 40 degrees Fahrenheit. This includes electrical connections to existing panels.
- General Requirements: Both installations require leveling the containers on trailers, installing transition plates, weatherproof flashing, and ensuring existing dock doors can close securely.
