This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the purchase of Consolidated Refrigerators. The requirement is for Firm-Fixed Pricing Delivery Orders to be fulfilled at the Baltimore VA Medical Center and the Perry Point VA Medical Center. The government is seeking to replace aging equipment and ensure compliance with VAMHCS equipment standards.

• Procurement of 46 new refrigerators, including specific quantities of undercounter pharmacy refrigerators, laboratory refrigerators, mini-fridges, and standard-depth refrigerators.

• Equipment must meet specified salient characteristics, including capacity, temperature range, dimensions, certifications (UL, CSA, NSF/ANSI 456, Energy Star), and warranty periods.

• Delivery and installation of all equipment is required.

• All equipment removal will be handled by the VA.

• Shipping, transport, and installation are the contractor's responsibility.

• Delivery to Baltimore VA Medical Center and Perry Point VA Medical Center, broken into a minimum of 4 shipments.

• Assembly and validation must be performed by a vendor service-trained representative.

• Contractor must protect all items from damage and repair/replace any damaged property.

• Contractor personnel must have photo ID and follow VA COVID-19 guidance.

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Price.

• Delivery: Within 45 days After Receipt of Order (ARO).

• Quotes are due by Tuesday, May 12th, 2026, at 12:00 PM EST. Late submissions will not be accepted.

• Submit completed SF1449 and an Excel spreadsheet "S02-36C24526Q0479 Line Items" to the email address provided in the Combined Synopsis Solicitation.

• Evaluation will be comparative, seeking the best benefit for the Government (FAR 13.106-2 (b) (3)).

• Key information to submit includes Sections A, B, Statement of Work, Salient Characteristics, Price/Cost Schedule, and Delivery Schedule.

• Questions must be submitted by May 8th, 2026, at 12:00 PM EST.

• This solicitation is a Small Business set-aside.

• If the quoter is a distributor, a letter of distribution/authorization from the manufacturer is required.

• FAR 52.225-2 (Buy American Certificate) must be completed.

• Country of manufacture for offered items must be provided.

• Clause 52.247-34 F.O.B. Destination is incorporated. Only FOB Destination quotes will be considered.

• The Government reserves the right to one-on-one discussions, award all or none, and make a single award.

• Failure to provide a distribution/authorization letter or answer the country of manufacture question will result in disqualification.
