Sources Sought / Request for Information (RFI)

This notice is a Sources Sought/Request for Information (RFI) to conduct market research for the procurement of Walk-In Freezer replacement parts and repair services for the VA Central California Healthcare System (VACCHCS) in Fresno, CA. The government is assessing industry capabilities to determine the acquisition strategy.

• Replacement of two evaporative coolers and two condensing units serving BE6B.

• Replacement of one evaporative cooler and one condensing unit serving BE9A.

• Replacement of the doors on BE6B and BE9A.

• Disconnecting and removing existing equipment.

• Connecting and installing new equipment.

• Testing and verifying new system functionality.
