This solicitation is for Project 659-22-100, "Install Campus Emergency Management System" at the Salisbury VA Medical Center. The magnitude of construction is estimated between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This is a Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside.

• Upgrade and consolidation of Energy Management Systems (DDC) for Buildings 2.

• Replacement of existing pneumatic and obsolete DDC controls with a Siemens Desigo Native BACnet central system.

This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research purposes only. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 6 (NCO 6) is seeking information to identify potential sources for construction services to provide a Campus Energy Management System (Project #659-22-100) at the W.
