Description: This requirement is for U.S. or foreign flag, roll-on/roll-off vessel(s) (multiple awards up to two vessels or until the needs of the Government have been met), capable of carrying a portion of 240,000 square feet of military cargo (tracked and wheeled vehicles, and breakbulk).
Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is Charleston, SC (USA); and the place/range of redelivery is Agila Port, Subic Bay, Philippines. The layday(s) commences and cancels 04 February 2026 and 08 February 2026. Owners/Offerors are to indicate estimated time of arrival and provide vessel’s itinerary confirming the vessel can meet the layday(s). The period of performance will be about 43 days for each charter.
