Scope of Work
The requirement is for two (2) 4x4 UTVs that meet detailed minimum specifications to safely transport personnel and equipment in all conditions. Key features include:
- Vehicle Configuration: 4x4 utility-class, fully enclosed regular cab with painted hard-panel doors, HVAC climate control, engine producing not less than 82 horsepower, and a tilt-up windshield with integrated wiper.
- Required Equipment & Accessories: A 4,500-lb front-mounted winch with synthetic cable, power tilt cargo bed with LED lighting, tailgate extension, cargo tie rails, tool holder, front rack, LED headlights, LED light bar, dome light, roof power cable, quick-connect battery cable with status indicator, battery charger/maintainer, side mirrors, full-width front bumper, and front/rear hitch drawbars.
- Performance: All accessories must be compatible with the vehicle's electrical system, the HVAC system must be effective, and the cab enclosure weatherproof.
