- Item 3: Armstrong BV2-8B-A11-W08-BEF-RH Duramix, with aluminum keyfin, all-welded construction, and a Belimo actuator. All coils must be shipped or delivered to the Minneapolis VA Medical Center, Attn: David Clendening, One Veterans Drive, Minneapolis, MN 55417, with the VA Purchase Order Number clearly marked on the shipping label or packing list. Deliveries are accepted Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, excluding federal holidays.
