Additionally, clause "XX (46) 52.223-23, Sustainable Products and Services (MAR 2025) (DEVIATION 2025-00004))" has been incorporated. Paragraph (e)(1) has been amended, with subsections (ix) and (x) now marked as "[Reserved]".

• Part XII(4) FAR 52.223-22 (Public Disclosure of Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Reduction Goals Representation (DEC 2016)) has been amended to read, "[Reserved]".

• The document title and references to the proforma have been updated.

• Specific clauses within FAR 52.212-3 and FAR 52.212-5 have been modified or reserved.
