This is a Sources Sought notice for market research to determine the availability of qualified businesses capable of providing Backflow Prevention Assemblies for the Salem VA Medical Center. The government is seeking information to potentially inform a future solicitation. The NAICS code is 238220 with a size standard of $19 Million.

The contractor shall furnish and deliver:

• Two (2) 8-Inch Backflow Prevention Assemblies (Watts Series LF909, Part Number: WLF909M1OSYFS8X, RPZ type, Lead-Free construction, OS&Y valves, stainless steel components, etc.)
• Two (2) 6-Inch Backflow Prevention Assemblies (Watts Series LF909-FS, Part Number: WLF909OSYFSU, RPZ type, Lead-Free construction, OS&Y valves, stainless steel components, etc.)

All items must be new, unused, and include manufacturer warranties and documentation.

• Place of Performance: Salem VA Medical Center, 1970 Roanoke Blvd, Salem VA, 24153.
• Period of Performance: Delivery must be completed within 30 calendar days from the date of award.
