Services include quarterly and annual inspections, load tests, and repairs using new, standard parts. "Over and Above" work for incidental maintenance, repair, modification, or replacement of equipment and parts is also required, subject to COR reporting. All services must adhere to manufacturer's guidelines. On-call service requests require an engineer dispatch within 72 hours.
