Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products, specifically Reverse Osmosis Membranes, for the Bureau of Reclamation's Yuma Area Office. A written solicitation will not be issued; proposals are requested via this announcement.

• CLIN 00010: 112 each of 8" Cellulose Acetate Membranes meeting specific technical requirements (e.g., Brackish Water service, Spiral Wound configuration, 98% Average Salt Rejection).

• CLIN 00020: 56 each of 8" Polyamide Membranes meeting specific technical requirements (e.g., Brackish Water service, Spiral Wound configuration, 99.8% Stabilized Salt Rejection).

• All quoted products must be new, unused, non-refurbished, and current production.

• Contractors must provide manufacturer product literature, technical data sheets, or other documentation to demonstrate compliance with specifications.

• Delivery is required no later than December 31, 2026, to Bureau of Reclamation, 7301 S Calle Agua Salada, Yuma, AZ 85364.

• Items must be protected from damage during storage, handling, and delivery.

• The government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order.

• The period for acceptance of offers is 60 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers.

• Quotes must be submitted electronically via SAM.gov Contract Opportunities.

• Quotes are due by July 10, 2026, 3:00 P.M., PST.
