• Quotes must be submitted via email to the Points of Contact listed.

• Evaluation will be based on a best value determination, considering technical capability and price. Price is a significant factor, but not the sole determinant. Vendors should provide their best pricing and technical information upfront.

• Vendors must have an active System for Award Management (SAM) account to be eligible for award.

• No set-aside will be used due to the overseas location, in accordance with FAR 19.000(b)(1)(ii).

• Attachments include: Attachment 1 - Specifications Document, and Attachment 2 - Quote Sheet.

• Relevant FAR provisions include 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors), 52.212-2 (Evaluation), and 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions).
