The contractor will provide all necessary management, transportation, supplies, equipment, and labor. Key tasks include:
- Installation of specific AV equipment, including ceiling-mounted and audience cameras, touch screen control panels, HDMI inputs, microphones, and Cisco Codec Plus systems.
- Removal of old equipment (without disposal).
- Ensuring professional appearance with hidden/covered cables.

- Providing initial user training with physical and digital guides.
- Offering a minimum one-year warranty and on-site maintenance, including software updates, from the date of final installation.
