Response Requirements
This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals, quotations, or capability statements received within 45 days of the publication date (or 30 days if under an existing BOA) will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses is solely at its discretion. Information received will primarily be used to determine the feasibility of a competitive procurement. The Government is not using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, but interested parties may identify their capability to satisfy the requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
