The units are to be delivered to two locations: W25G1U, W1A8 DLA Distribution, New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002, and W62G2T, W1A8 DLA Dist San Joaquin, Tracy, CA 95304-5000.

The Government possesses full rights to the technical data, and the data package is complete, with no technical data, engineering, tooling, or manufacturing restrictions. The Acquisition/Repair Method Suffix Code (A/RMSC) indicates that parts are candidates for full and open competition, with A/RMCs 1 or 2 being valid.

Commercial Item Interest

Based on market research, the Government is not currently using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, for this solicitation.
