This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a Liquid Nitrogen (LN2) Pipe Freezing kit for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Eastern Colorado HealthCare System, Rocky Mountain Regional Hospital. The kit is needed for industrial and commercial applications in pipe maintenance and repair, allowing for isolation of piping sections without draining entire systems.

• A Liquid Nitrogen (LN2) Pipe Freezing System capable of creating in-line ice plugs in pipes up to 12 inches in diameter, withstanding 2000 PSI.

• System must adapt to smaller diameter pipes and form ice plugs only beneath the utilized jacket.

• Must include a digital control system for managing liquid nitrogen and be capable of freezing various liquids in steel, copper, cast iron, aluminum, and plastic pipes.

• The purchase includes the manufacturer's warranty.

• Delivery of Operation and Maintenance Manuals (2 binders, 2 digital copies) is required.

• No contractor access to VA grounds or computers is anticipated.

• Contract type: Firm-Fixed Price.

• Delivery: Within 30 days of award to Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center, Aurora, CO.
