Submission & Evaluation
Quotations must be submitted via email to KYUNG.PARK@DOT.GOV or by mail. Offerors must provide their SAM UEI Number, Federal Tax ID Number, CAGE Code, and Estimated Delivery Time with their quotation. While there is an intent to sole source, the agency will consider all timely quotations from responsible sources received within six days of the posted date.
Key Requirements & Notes
- SAM Registration: Offerors must have an active Federal Government contracts registration in SAM.gov at the time of offer submission and award (FAR 52.204-7). Contractors must also maintain active SAM registration throughout contract performance (FAR 52.204-13).
