- Outdoor Decorations: Uplighting, artificial turf runners, American-style mailboxes, planted decorations, a lemonade stand, rocking chairs, a facade structure, and picnic tables.
- Interior Decorations: Balcony draping, themed table linens (gingham, tartan), floral arrangements, a red carpet runner, and decorations for fountain boxes and the stage area.
- Bar Area: Champagne walls/hedges, a wooden-style bar with faux hedges, and low cocktail tables with coordinating linens.
- Interior Lighting & Projections: Colorwashing of walls and columns, and star projections above the stage.
- Donor Reception Room: Garden archway, picket fencing, porch seating, topiaries, and a backdrop for the podium. Set-up is scheduled for June 16, and take-down must be completed by June 18, 2026.
