• Bread: Enriched Finger Rolls (Hot Dog), Whole Wheat (12,355 EA); Enriched Sandwich Rolls (Hamburger), Whole Wheat (19,392 EA); and Whole Wheat Bread, Sliced (134,928 EA). All bread products must be delivered within 48 hours after baking and comply with 21 CFR §136.115 (and §136.180 for whole wheat bread).

Contract Details

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price.
• Period of Performance: July 1, 2026 - September 30, 2026 (for Item 0001, and generally for the 4th quarter). Goods are to be delivered between July 1st - 15th, 2026, Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., excluding Federal Holidays.
• Set-Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5).
• Place of Performance: Federal Prison Camp Montgomery, Bldg. 1249 Maxwell AFB, Montgomery AL 36112.

Submission & Evaluation

• Offer Due Date: June 5, 2026, at 2:00 PM Central Standard Time.
• Submission Method: Quotes must be submitted via email to jmferguson@bop.gov. Submissions to any other email or after the deadline will not be considered.
• Registration Requirements: Bidders must be registered in SAM.gov and have completed the annual Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). Failure to comply may result in elimination from consideration.
• Evaluation Factors: Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose offer is most advantageous to the Government, based on past performance and price. Past performance will be rated higher than price.
