This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the 4th Quarter FY26 Dairy Products for the Federal Correctional Institution in Aliceville, Alabama. The government intends to make a single award for all line items.

• Dairy products meeting BOP National Specifications.

• Deliveries are required on a weekly basis, Monday through Friday, between 7:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. CST, excluding federal holidays.

• Deliveries will not be accepted prior to July 1, 2026.

• All deliveries must be palletized unless prior arrangements are made.

• Non-frozen, perishable foods must be delivered between 34°F to 40°F.

• Frozen foods must be delivered at 0°F or below.
