5-Seater Van:

• Color: Creamy White Pearl
• Drive: Left-hand drive
• Specifications: Detailed dimensions, Smartstream Gasoline 1.6 Turbo 4WD engine, 7-speed DCT, 18-inch alloy wheels, advanced safety features (8 airbags, collision avoidance, lane keeping assist, etc.), premium interior features, and infotainment system.
• Origin: Must be made in South Korea or the U.S.A.
• Condition: New, Model Year 2026, with less than 500 km.

7-Seater Van:

• Type: Hyundai The all-new Palisade (Prestige) or equivalent
• Color: Creamy White Pearl
• Drive: Left-hand drive
• Specifications: Detailed dimensions, Smartstream Gasoline 2.5 Turbo AWD engine, 8-speed automatic transmission, 20-inch alloy wheels, advanced safety features (10 airbags, comprehensive collision avoidance, highway driving assist, etc.), premium interior features, and infotainment system.
• Origin: Must be made in South Korea or the U.S.A.
• Condition: New, Model Year 2026, with less than 500 km.

General Requirements for both vans:

• Compliance with Korea Motor Vehicle Safety Standard.

• Operator's manual and technical manuals in English (or Korean if English not available).

• Temporary license plates.

• Detailed warranty information.

• Award will be a purchase order.

• The U.S. Embassy intends to award based on initial quotations, but may hold discussions.

• Submission Deadline: May 6, 2026, 17:00 Korea Standard Time.

• Submission Method: Electronic submission via email to SeoulProposals@state.gov, addressed to the Contracting Officer.

• File Format: MS-Word 2007/2010, MS-Excel 2007/2010, or Adobe Acrobat (PDF).

• File Size Limit: 30MB per file; multiple files allowed if necessary.

• Questions Deadline: April 27, 2026, 17:00 Korea Standard Time, via email to SeoulProposals@state.gov.

• Evaluation: Lowest priced, technically acceptable offer from a responsible contractor.

• Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submission.

• Pricing should be in Korean Won for local vendors and USD for US vendors.

• VAT will not be reimbursed.

• Payment terms: Within 30 days of receipt and acceptance of a proper invoice.

• Delivery Point: U.S. Embassy Seoul, General Service Office/Annex, Seoul, Republic of Korea. For overseas vehicles, CIF Busan or Incheon Port basis.

This is a pre-solicitation notice for the procurement of one 5-seater van and one 7-seater van for the Embassy of the United States in Seoul, Korea.
